I came to Zac after years of trying to improve my vertical jump. What I failed to accomplish on my own, Zac was able to improve in a few short months. Zac's scientific and research-based training methods skyrocketed my athleticism, bringing my vertical jump from 25 inches to 31. In addition to helping me ramp up my explosiveness, he helped me perfect my lifting form and bulletproof my tendons and joints to mitigate injuries. While the proof is in the pudding, there's a lot of great things about Zac that can't be quantified. He listens. He's open. And he's a great teacher who thoroughly explains every exercise you do. More than a great trainer, he's a great human being to embark with on a fitness journey.

As a former collegiate soccer player, I have had the opportunity to work with many coaches over the years. Working with so many coaches from many different backgrounds helps you as a player distinguish the good ones from the bad, and excellent from the average. Zac is one of the best coaches I have had. He is incredibly thoughtful with all of his trainings, including pieces of wisdom and advice that you would rarely get with others. His knowledge of the game technically and tactically is among the best, and he is able to demonstrate this knowledge in his training sessions. Often when I trained with him, he made me think about dimensions of the game that I wasn’t even aware of before. While working on technical skills, Zac Challenges players both mentally and physically to improve on all aspects of your game. His knowledge of human physiology and energy systems are also impressive, and helped me focus on preparation for the game; something that you are not always aware of as a developing player. Most importantly, Zac Brings the best out of you. Trainings are hard and intensive, but enjoyable and build confidence within that is so necessary for playing at the highest level you can. It’s not always fun to put in the hard work, but Zac is one of the best at making the hard work fun and worthwhile.

Zac was the perfect fit for me! His programming felt tailored to me. It was motivating and fun to see my strength gains week to week! When I injured my knee skiing, Zac became a critical partner in my rehab journey. He adapted the programming and incorporated recommendations from my physical therapist. Through the highs and lows, Zac was there offering support. He helped me shift my focus from what I couldn’t do to what I could do! He was wise and discerning when my body indicated we needed to switch gears.
