About Zac

Zac is a CSCS certified strength and performance coach with over five years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. As a former semi-professional athlete with a degree in exercise science and an emphasis in neuroscience, Zac knows that the physiological foundations are what drive improved performance either on the field, in the weight room, or in day to day life.

Zac has worked with children and adults of varying experience and goals. From ages 8-80, first time lifting weights to athletes playing sports abroad with professional opportunities, Zac believes no one fitness goal is greater than another. By instilling belief and self-confidence in his clients, he strives to help all better their lives and improve who they are with clear and effective communication and program implementation.
