About Coach Zac

Zac has played sports his entire life and played soccer collegiately at the University of Puget Sound and semi-professionally in Sweden. His love for soccer and learning new sports has driven Zac to take on sports performance as a career. Zac has worked with athletes of all age ranges and sports including soccer, football, volleyball, lacrosse, and basketball looking to improve their vertical jump, sprint speed, and first step acceleration. Though years of experience, Zac thrives by helping his clients along the path to achieve whatever health and fitness goals they may have.

 

Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a Neuroscience emphasis from the University of Puget Sound, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, US Soccer D License
